Description
The New Mexico Cannabis Server Training course delivers the division-approved responsible-vendor instruction required for personnel at licensed cannabis retailers in New Mexico. Training and the cannabis server permit are administered by the Cannabis Control Division (CCD) within the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department.
New Mexico requires approved retailer training for all cannabis personnel within 30 days of starting, in support of the cannabis server permit. This online, self-paced course covers New Mexico cannabis law, age and ID verification, recognizing impairment and diversion, safe handling, and responsible-vendor practices.
